To conduct Environmental Due Diligence Assessments
of 21 Kentucky Fried Chicken outlets in Metropolitan Sydney and
Country NSW prior to acquisition of the sites by QSR Ltd.
Our Involvment:
Development of the Assessment Protocol
for each site in conjunction with the Project Manager.
Review of the site features and aerial photographs for each site.
Review of the available Council, EPA-NSW, Workcover Authority NSW, etc. records for each site.
Development of an historical profile for each site.
Conduct indicative hazardous materials surveys for selected sites.
Review of chemical storage and hazardous materials handling
procedures and general housekeeping for selected sites.
Preparation of a report to provide advice to the purchaser on
the potential environmental risks.
